DUT3C's are 1.6v. The good 1700/1800 XP's back in the day were the DLT3C which ran at 1.5v and often did 2.2Ghz and beyond. It's probably too much to ask of a DUT3C to hit 2Ghz IIRC.

Also it was JIHUB and 0308 or there abouts that were all the rage for a while. :)

I had a DUT3C 2100+ that would do 2.3GHz and two DLT3C 1700+'s
- one would do 2.4GHz and the other 2.6GHz, needing 1.85v and the 2.4GHz needed 1.775v to be stable. These two were 0308 JUIHB's. I had a DLT3C modded to MP 1700+ 0310RPMW that did 2.33GHz on 1.66v stable 24/7. God knows what that would have done with 1.85v+.
