Wanting a very based solar setup for the shed. Usage will be minimal - LED light, and option of USB charging.
Would something like this do the job?

Would this charge a battery even with the low voltage of the solar panel?
Could I just use the USB output of the solar controller to charge a USB external battery, and then attach light/fan on that?
