Ok I already have;

1X Liteon IHAS SATA DVD\RW
1X WD Raptor SATA HDD (OS)
1x Hiatchi SATA HDD (Backup)
1x Corsair CX750 PSU (Brand new, Haswell compatible)
2x 120mm case fans
Keyboard/mouse combo and speakers.
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 and 64 bit versions

All in a Thermaltake Shark full tower ATX case.

So all I really want is CPU, RAM, MOBO to bolt into my system. I am currently running a 8600 GTS also but would the intgrated GPU of the I5 be better?

Questions;

1) Anything better for my £300 budget? Really want to stick to Haswell.
2) Use my 8600 GTS or integrated I5 graphics? Dont have the money for a GFX card YET. Play CS:Source/COD BO2 etc maxed?
3) Use stock intel cooler or my current grandad Thermalright XP120 cooler?

Any feedback appreciated.

If your not planing on overclocking then you could go for a B75 or H77 chipset motherboard.

Adside from the OP but you can actually Overclock on some B85 and H87 (B75 and H77 were ivybridge) Motherboards.

They just need the "Non-Z OC" spec..

Take a look: http://www.asrock.com/news/?cat=News&id=1461

It's sort of a 'back-door hack' some manufactures have used.

Not sure how good it is though.

Thanks for the reply. At some point I will overclock. In the future will probaly add GFX card, more RAM and then overclock. Im after a budget haswell which I can grow and use in the future. Currently running a P4 presscott rig, which has lasted me 6 years, so hoping to repeat the time frame :)

Mainly torrents, music, films amd casual gaming. I have my rig setup on my 40 inch TV in the living room.
