Basic Mobile Phone for the Elderly...?

I'm looking to buy my grandfather a mobile phone so we can get in touch and pick him up when needed. He still gets out a lot but as he likes a booze, my sister and I would prefer to pick him up when possible rather than let him keep using public transport.

Are there any super-basic mobile phones around for this kind of purpose? Perhaps one with a few buttons to ring specific people? Simpler the better as it took him ages to learn how to work his V+ box

Get a Nokia, both my grandparents have Nokia's and they find them easy to use. Just a basic cheap model.

Try the nokia 1600 thats a simple easy to use phone

can also be had very cheap

Both my Grandparents have recently got cheap £15 ones from Woolies. Must be easy if they can use a fangled gadget.
