Basic spec me thread

My little sister wants a PC for homework and Sims 3. I am going to build this for her as cheap as I can with my left over bits.

I have a 8800GTS 640mb and 2GB Kingston DDR2 ram left over from my upgrade, so can you spec me everything else that is compatible (and preferably under £200 if possible?) I have an operating system sorted already. I hope this doesn't come across lazy, more so that I am completely out of date with what works with what chipset!

I need CPU and Mobo, PSU, Case and Optical drive. I think I will re-use one of my old Harddrives for her.

Is that PSU going to cope with a 8800GTS 640mb?

Also, i doubt she would need anything other than the stock heat sink? Other than that, thank you Superewza!
