Basic spec me thread

My little sister wants a PC for homework and Sims 3. I am going to build this for her as cheap as I can with my left over bits.

I have a 8800GTS 640mb and 2GB Kingston DDR2 ram left over from my upgrade, so can you spec me everything else that is compatible (and preferably under £200 if possible?) I have an operating system sorted already. I hope this doesn't come across lazy, more so that I am completely out of date with what works with what chipset!

So what exactly do you want? CPU, Motherboard, PSU, Case, HDD and Optical Drive? Or can you reuse some things?

I think that Antec 350W would be borderline.

Has more amps on each rail(17amps Rail 1 & 14amps Rail 2) and a little more wattage
