Bathroom - install sequence

Need to pull out and replace all existing fittings but not sure if to floor first or last. Vinyl plank flooring btw.

I did wonder if you put heavyish items on click and clack stuff. Suppose it's only 38kg toilet and a 30kg vanity not like a full kitchen.

Assuming you don't floor all the way underneath the bath?

Wall wise room is painted but tiling the bath section for a shower bath.
