Normally you will tile 1 row above the floor and up, fit floor and then complete the tiling. All fittings, toilet, sinks etc sit ontop of the floor so they are installed last.

Suppose it's only 38kg toilet and a 30kg vanity not like a full kitchen. Assuming you don't floor all the way underneath the bath? Wall wise room is painted but tiling the bath section for a shower bath.
