Bathroom suppliers?

did not have a good experience with better bathrooms. whilst what i ordered was ok, the sales and customer service was shockingly bad.
 
Better Batherooms were a nightmare for me (well my parents and my in-laws). Bit's missing, useless CS, very poor quality, horrible for fitting.

If you speak to a lot of plumbers they won't or don't like using stuff from them as it's so sub-par.
 
Thanks - looking at prices they are all pretty similar, but then you have random things which are just so much more expensive from B&Q like a bath at £500 when it's £180 at VictoriaPlum. :confused:

Need to replace the horrendous Siemens thermostat as well. Guess we should find a reputable plumber first though.
 
VictorianPlumbing was spot on for me

Sink, shower, shower door, shower tray, taps etc - all courier up, all arrived safe and sound. Good prices compared to local merchants.

Cost me around £1350 for all my shower room stuff (excluding tiles) local merchants wanted £3k for almost identical stuff.
 
Baths tore were good for us just be sure to wait for the bits you want to be on sale as it is an inevitable cycle!
 
Victoria plumb were fine for me too. Had one issue with something that arrived damaged and they sorted it straight away. New one arrived in 2 days and they didn't even make us go through the hassle of sending the old one back!
 
I used Victoria plumb, I ordered the wrong bath by accident, picked it up for free and delivered the new one for free.

would 100% use again, they often have sales on and you can get some right good bargains. for the same set from else where would have cost me an extra £200-300

A family member plumbed it all in for me and said it was a doddle and everything fit perfectly
 
I ordered from Victoria Plum a month or so ago as well and everything looks to be really good quality.

They had a big sale on at the time too so saved loads :)
 
I wouldn't be surprised if you could work out some kinda price match from places like B&Q if they are convenient .
 
victoriaplum for me too, happy with the quality and was a lot cheaper and available (b and q had some we liked but it was 3-4 week lead time)
 
How often do they have sales?
Looking to refurb an ensuite though not quite ready to order yet.
Would suck to miss out if the sale on now is a genuine one
 
I have a Quadrant shower enclosure 900 x 900 with 500mm radius that has a broken door, therefore I am looking for a replacement (without changing the shower tray).
Online searches show most 900 x 900 quadrant enclosures have a 550mm radius. Does anyone know a manufacturer/supplier of the type I am looking for.
Alternatively anyone know where a replacement door can be sourced.
I do not know the manufacturer of my original enclosure, only it was a German manufacturer and has a label on the door runner track "Style Plus R 500"
