Batman: Arkham Knight - System requirements released

I absolutely adore mine snips, everything from movies and (esp) TV eps and the cherry on the cake is PC gaming for me.

One of the great things for me is that it scales down to 1440p/1080p damn well so you can take the edge off the gfx cards a little... ;)

oh really? I honestly didn't think it would scale down that well. You think the 2 Titans would cope?

TBH though, I think the 40" would be OTT for my desk - I've just moved and have not so much space but its a bargain price!!

I'd personally say yes, only because I'd run older games at full whack (BF4 for instance should be ok for you at the High setting) and the more strenuous ones at 1080/1440p (until the gfx upgrade comes along for you :D)

No need for AA so that should also release some stress from the GPU!

Ok thank! I think I'll pass on the 40", will find a suitable 27"/28" but need decent colour reproduction!

Another option is a 32" 4k, I loved my Acer 32" while I had it (great size and great for media too, just not as good as the Philips!)

Fixed.

Thoroughly looking forward to this, think I might hold of playing till I get a 34" 1440 va screen though.

Yer, you could well be right with that "fixed". I guess it all depends on if AMD have had contact with Rocksteady but time will tell and not long to wait now (23 days).

Thought spoiler was going to contain 'Because I'm Batmaaaaaaaan!!' :D

Do you watch the HISHE stuff? Bloody hilarious

This game is going to look sooooooooo sooooooo good on 4k VA

Don't think I'm gonna get away with Ultra at 4k though with my cards.....:(

Yer, quality watching :D

I'd take everything in that article with a pince of salt. They can't even spell 'Nightwing'. y'know, DICK FREAKING GRAYSON correctly. I'm surprised they didn't change Batman's ward to Robyn or something.

*the above is firmly tongue in cheek and the game looks great and is hopefully more like Asylum than City*

Anyone remember the old C64 SpecialFX dual Batman games on the same tape (1 on each side) ;)

I love all the Arkham games on PC except for Origins which feels like an empty tech demo :(

Got Arkham Knight free with my GTX970 (then bought the Season Pass for only £26 on special offer from Steam as an existing owner so got the entire lot for just £26) but not sure my 4k 40" Phillips will handle it on a single 970 at this stage :p time to buy a GTX980 Ti probably :D

I am not sure if it will run on the CPU or the GPU but here's hoping to the latter :)
