Batman not loading any ideas ?

Hi all I have just got Batman Arkham City on p.c but can,t seem to load it on my Dell XPS L702 Laptop has anyone else had this problem and is it fixable ? any views ? :confused:

Is it seeing the disc, are you getting any installation errors?

it just loads until about 90 % then the drive just spins and nothing happens :confused:

Does it work in another machine, that would eliminate a disc fault.

I played a blu ray fine so the disc is okay
