Battle Royale Arma 3 mod

It certainly has all the things associated with DayZ. Full of kids spamming the mic at the start and then they have little knowledge of how to actually play arma.

i do find it funny you criticize people about how to play arma 3 yet team up in a singular survival arma 3 game :D quite a hypocrite :p .
 
Lots of people who play DayZ, Life and now this Battle Royale mod play it like CoD and then bitch and whine about why they get killed so often.

Where is it stated that it has to be a "singular survival" based mode. By the time there were 10 people left, (we had probably seen and killed a whole 3 people) the other 20 odd people were killed either by not being able to look at the map/gps and get out of the imminent killzone or by running to the nearest military complex to look for weapons and getting killed in the cluster that takes place there. It's based off Battle Royale, watch/read it. Solo doesn't have to be the only option, but then you're the type who happily sits on a rock shooting new spawns on DayZ. Customary wink.

can we try to keep it on the game mod . i don't want to argue with you about how you play or others play. the mod is great fun people at start do talk gibberish but in every arma 3 server i been on which is popular is exactly the same.from randoms to ocuk arma servers.

it takes two secs to mute people until you start any way.

people are just waiting for game to start its hardly over the top. once you start its over and gameplay.

to people who haven't played this mod it is a singular survival game. its not meant to be played as groups or teams. some do though unfairly to make it to the end.

Lawl. Or mebbe they're full of people who just prefer 3rd person, find it more immersive, or like me; less likely to cause motion sickness.

What I can't stand is the tards who only play first person!, like they think they're in the SAS or something!, well gay!..

I got to the last 5 remaining on my first try (keep in mind I bought Arma 3 today). I was in the next blue zone on the perimeter, with some kind of rifle I'd picked up earlier when some guy in a ghillie starts crawling by the bush I'm sitting in. Couldn't believe my luck as I pulled up my ironsights and placed them on his head, I felt kinda bad about it as he even stopped for a few seconds to make it even easier for me, I pulled the trigger and all I hear is click, he spazzes out for about 10 seconds spraying in my general direction. I die without having fired a single shot.

Still 5th isn't bad I guess, considering I was never actually armed. :D

Do you have to equip ammo or did I just not have any of the correct type?

Did you not even shoot at anyone? I skipped the end as it was like watching paint dry.

So how to win battle royale: hide and not shoot anyone, wait for someone else to do all the dirty work then watch them get killed by artillery? Where is the fun in that?
 
Downloading Arma3 and Battle Royale, I will try my hardest to get our TS guys to play.

What kind of server would I need for say, 24 player A3BR? I have a VPS already but can't remember specs (they are high though).

Yes i did shoot people, i think i killed 3/4 people! Going rushing in all guns blazing is the way to an early bath in this game. 75% of people head straight for the big military compounds on the start and pretty much die instantly because of it.
As qotsa said i was hardly being careful being out in the open. Some people literally camp in one spot the whole round!

I look forward to you getting a server up, it's becoming very popular now.

I shall be seeing if i can get a second chicken dinner later today :D
