Anyone watching this silly film on Channel 4 at the moment?

So grotesque yet cheesey and funny, im loving it

BRII is a horrible movie. the first half hour is ok-ish, but it soon turns into one of the most boring movies i've ever seen. i'm sure loads of people will be watching purely on the strength of BR1 (which was amazing), but get ready for over an hour of pap in the second half.

dunno how much i've watched at the moment, but i'm just enjoying the cheese factor.

The bit where the girl is like "oh no, I've wet myself lol!" made me chuckle

BR:II is awful. Utter bilge.

BR:I on the other hand is somewhere near a masterpiece.

should be called "some chars from battle royale in another violent movie"

The girls are hawt in this film especially Ayana Sakai who plays Nao. :cool:

i was the same with the new 2006 sukeban deka movie. i read that it was awful, but when i heard it had Aya Matsura and Rika Ishikawa in the lead roles i got the dvd and watched it all the way through. :cool:

edit: and it was awful, but watching two ex members of morning musume mutilate each other with yoyo's made it worth watching! lol

Horrible film. First bit is ok but then it goes way down hill.

Didn't the original director die during the making of it and his son took over the directing. Or have I just made that up?

He does make a brief appearance, when his daughter is having a flashback whilst playing the piano, he enters her room and talks to her about her birthday.

It was OK, but the first is vastly superior.

saw it and it's both predictable and lame. Like everyone says, the start is ok but soon as they got into the boats, I was thinking....WTF ? Saving private Ryan on a budget or something ? But then they got the ammo, it's like body counts galore, you dont care who dies or not.

I quite liked it actuallly(not just for the girls), I found the battle scenes quite cool, I wouldnt buy the fim but definitely worth watching when its on TV.

I watched BR2 for 10 minutes and decided it was crap. BR1 fantastic, BR2 thumbs down.

lol i actually sat and watched the whole thing. and i thought it was reasonable. didnt hate it that much
