Battle star Galactica

I've started watching the first series, quite disappointed with it so far considering how good the preceeding miniseries was.
 
eh thats the 1st time ive heard anyones been disapointed later on, BSG has just got better and better I reckon...

Its a lot more gritty/real in comparision to other sci-fi shows....

Only watched three episodes and they've been nowhere near as good, I want spaceships and shooting and I ain't getting any :mad:

It's called character development, watch it all the way through it is the best sci-fi on atm.
 
I agree with that. I seen upto end of season 2, and although the finale is a bit annoying the episodes leading up are great

It just goes again like the 1st series from around episode 10 and then just ramps up and up from there.But they are developing th characters loads more and with session 3 already greenlighted then this is gonna get better and better.
 
Fantastic series, never thought I would put the following workd together "good acting, scifi series". Excellent character development and intelligent evolving plots that run through the series as opposed to 45minunte wrap ups.


Just finished the first half of series 2 over here, can't wait for the rest. Going to pick up the mini series on DVD as I missed it.

I also love the way Baltar has developed through the series, I just can't bring myself to hate him.

Ressurection Ship part 2 had good space battles.

Your going to love an upcoming episode, number 17 has a hell of a space battle too.


Pesonally I think this show is far better than anything else on TV just for the realism and the drama, the story is worth more than that of SG1 and SGA combined.

I'm watching it and loving it. Series two has been better for me and just keeps getting better!
 
Watched both seasons till the end and I must admit its the best current sci fi series out there. The final episode of season 2 is just fantastic! Can't wait for season 3
 
yep - amazing sci-fi.

the only sci-fi i've ever seen that has real drama in it (although B5 was good), everything else looks like an amateurish soap compared to it.
 
I watch both seasons in under a week last month, absolutely rocks! :D

I love iTunes (this time! ;))

The last couple of episodes with the Pegasus have been great. Met my expectations well. :cool:
