I still think SG1 is doing great... but they need to think of something new, other than:

"ahh, big baddie"
"ooo, theres a weapon"
"wheres the weapon?"
"found it"
"how do we use it?"
"yay, we win"

and the oriental cylon is hot!!!!

i don't like the wet through, whimpering whippet blonde though

Actually, in all honesty I would :o

Erm he was the one that fell for the cylon trap and gave them the intel they needed to nuke all the planets in the first place :p
I'd say that was a pretty big lapse on his part - although yes past that 'minor' oversight on his part its been more him getting cylon info i'd agree

Okay I'll concede that first one is a biggie :P

I think Battlestar is Ace.

Only weak point in the entire thing is that the bird that plays Starbuck is such an appaling actress.

Other than that, top bombing.

It just goes again like the 1st series from around episode 10 and then just ramps up and up from there. But they are developing th characters loads more and with session 3 already greenlighted then this is gonna get better and better.

Agreed, have seen it all the way through, and I am not going to spoil it for anyone, but it's brilliant, stick with it, it does get much better.

"but he does get more useful information outta the toasters than they do from him."

...although he was the one who gave the cylons all the defense codes so they could wipe out the humans

In the original BSG wasn't there some human who lead all the Cylons who was called Baltar?

Yes, Count Baltar

From Wikipedia... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Count_Baltar

In the original 1978 Battlestar Galactica movie and television series, Count Baltar was a leading antagonist character who betrayed the human race to its enemy, the robot race of Cylons. Faced with execution by the Cylons following the successful attack on the humans, Baltar convinces them to let him live so he may be permitted to pursue the surviving humans.
