How accurate are the listed specs for this game, especially the CPU

My rig meets or exceeds the recommended specs except for the CPU, which is an i7 4770k @4Ghz, will this be OK to get decent frame rates at 1080p?

Okay thanks, I'll try that now. You used Australia? Because I tried Hong Kong and Australia with changing my system time and it just shows the release time differently:

Windows release date: October 21, 2016 6:00 AM CST

Windows release date: October 21, 2016 9:00 AM AEDT
