Battlefield 1943

It'll tide me over until the PC release, but in all honesty for me FPS and consoles just don't work well together.

I want accuracy, I want instant reactions and I want to stop being stuck with people/servers who obviously have very different pings from myself!

I constantly feel like I'm controlling someone who is controlling my character.
 
Im still having no luck, it wont log in for some reason, thank god its the trial version and not the full game as i would be very unhappy with EA/Dice right now.
 
What exactly is this Coral Sea map? It blathers on about Air Superiority mode... so does that mean that there are no ground troops? When the game selects that map will everyone have to get in an aeroplane and fight it out in the skies? Or will you have to specifically choose this map/mode from the main menu?

Its a dogging only map and you cant get out your plane.

***UPDATE***

"Update#7: With servers catching up to capacity needs we were able to confirm an issue other than capacity is affecting playing with friends. We are aggressively working on this to have it fixed ASAP and agree with comments that not being able to play with friends is unacceptable making it very important to fix. It is very unlikely to be client side and needs fixing within our network infrastructure."
 
Really loving the game now that it works most of the time, however twice I've been on 500+ points in a game and the game has crashed, has been crashing all night for me/bro and my mate. I had the best game ever earlier, won the game with the most points and got 16 kills and 0 deaths!
 
Me an rp formed a squad but in the next round we were on different teams, what's the point in making a squad then :confused:
 
Was finally able to play the game, had to do the facebreaker demo thing, which was weird as i tried it with TW 09, which didnt work.

The game is somewhat in need of AA and saw some gfx issuse, looked like there was a massive mp40 comming out the water in wake.
