If you join something like www.21CW.net you get organised properly run 32 v 32 battles everyweek. Much more enjoyable than pubbing. Battles take place between 2 armies with infantry, armor and airforce divisions over a campaign lasting approx 11 weeks on private unranked servers. Each army has private forums and teamspeak rooms. All level of players are welcome unlike some communities. Groups of players can request to stay together if they wish. It really is the best way of playing BF4. Check it out you won't be disappointed
