Battlefield forums and servers?

Hi,

Its been a long time since I had time to be a gamer due to Marriage and a baby but I finally find I now have a spare hour or two here and there and a rig that can handle most games. I used to play BF2, I was never very good but loved it all the same and I used to play with a bunch of guys called 50Klicks which doesn't seem to exist any more.

My questions are:- Where is the best place to play Battlefield these days and does anyone still play BF2 or do I need to get hold of Battlefield 3 and 4?

I recently was in the same situation as you, bought battlefield 3 when it first came out and upgraded my computer but never got chance to play it. Now I finally have some free time I went back to battlefield 2 and didnt enjoy it as much after playing battlefield 3.

Now playing battlefield 4 and after ranking up a few levels, unlocking some decent weapons and getting to know the maps i love it.

Battlefield 2 just feels and looks aged compared to battlefield 4 but still had populated servers, not many uk ones though.

Hi and welcome to the forums.

I used to play a bit of bf2 myself, but no idea how popular it is now. Theres a pretty active community of bf3/4 players on here should you wish to go that route. Bf4 thread here.

50kilcks called it a day due to the spread out of people's gaming likes.

if you want to have another go, get bf4, been released as a P.O.S from EA though , fair few people gone back to bc2/bf3 and saying how much better they are than bf4, so might be worth seeing what sort of prices you can get them for.

also, don't think its against the rules, check out http://www.gamers-hangout.com/ , some of 50K still show up now and again.
