Whats your favourite ever bf games?
I liked them all for their own merits.
BF2, this was a welcome change in 2005 when DC was getting tired, it had mssive maps, plenty of variety of maps and vehicles and squads were a welcomed new introduction along with the commander and stats
Vietnam, Jungle warfare, 60's sound track, napalm, AK-47's - it was fantastic, what more could you want?
1942, The first and one I spent hours playing on my own, rocking about in Spitfires Gazala on or in the Battleship on Midway, how many memorys come flooding back with a map list like this...
Aberdeen
Battle of Britain
Battle of the Bulge
Battleaxe
Berlin
Bocage
Coral Sea
El Alamein
Gazala
Guadal Canal
Invasion of the Philippines
Iwo Jima
Kharkov
Kursk
Liberation of Caen
Market Garden
Midway
Omaha Beach
Stalingrad
Tobruk
Wake Island
or even the sounds... "ARTILLERY! REQUESTING A TARGET!"
Battlefield games should have your emotions running high when you're in the heat of the moment to the point you want to scream at the PC when you're loosing or cheer when you're winning. It should always allow you to play how you want to play and every incarnation has allowed that. With other games it's very static and linear game play, but that's not bad it's just not what Battlefield does
What do you play now?
BF3
What has been your faourite maps in bf history?
Sharqi Peninsula
Whats your favoutire mods?
Desert Combat, everything else was just rubbish in comparison.
