Battlefield V - Choppy/laggy gameplay

Hey

Does anyone else have Battlefield V and how it is for you?

Its virtually unplayable on mine,Just Stutter/laggy game play and i have no idea why...both multiplayer and single player.

I've put all settings to medium,Turned off all the fancy effects i dont need or care for..Ray Tracing disabled,Enabled DX12.

Surely a 3070TI wouldn't struggle with this game at medium settings at 2560x1440 @ 165hz.

Battlefield 2042 runs beutiful,All maxed out..so baffled me.

i am running the latest Nvidia Drivers.

Specs in siggy,Appreciate any advice.

A DPC latency monitor might show something, though it shouldn't affect 10th gen and Windows 10 onwards I always found the Battlefield series ran poorly on older hardware/OSes without disabling core parking.

The frames ahead/future frames or similar setting can also make a big difference - not sure if it is tweakable in Battlefield V ( Google renderdevice.renderaheadlimit ).

Turn off DX12. Its broken in BFV.

DX11 is a lot better for performance than DX12, try that.

EA servers were having trouble tonight. 2042 was unplayable. A hot fix was rolled out about an hour ago - it was something to do with an update to anti cheat
