I backed this while ago - the best MechWarrior games were 2/3 - 4 was pile of Meh because of MS screwing things up. mech commander was awesome;

This looks to be throw back to mech commander - after how Harebrained delivered massively on Shadowrun Returns - *owned and backed all 3 games; each one got progressively better; Dragonfall and Hong Kong were game of the years for me* This will be awesome

What was "meh" about MW4? Some of the most fun gaming I've ever done was clan play in MW4 on the MSN Zone. Used to love being an in-your-face scrapper with my Thor or Laser boating with my MadCat Mk2.

MW4 was OK, it just wasn't as good as MW3; and MW2 was just a classic.

I've never backed something on Kickstarter but I'm tempted to do for this one.

The concept art is beautiful, I've got loads of admiration for the people who create that sort of thing.

Looks good. I loved MW2 3 & 4 - brings back memories of playing in the league games for my Clan in 3 & 4

Was playing the beta last night, sadly only skirmish mode at the moment, but still really enjoyable. It looks great and plays well, but the UI needs a bit of work, parts of it are a bit clunky.

Great to hear. I didnt back to beta level but from the videos it looks classic mechwarrior!
