Neither ITV nor Channel 4 see any of the TV licence revenue.
C4 is a public service broadcaster and has always received a portion of the licence fee.

Pretty sure all the license fee goes to the BBC, C4 and the welsh version S4C or whatever it's called get public funds direct from the government.[DOD]Asprilla;24573073 said:C4 is a public service broadcaster and has always received a portion of the licence fee.
Who was it here that was a massive advocate of 3D? Remember them saying it would be the next be thing.
Well i like 3D, why all the hate, if it bothers you that much don't use it.
The problem is that sometimes you can't avoid it, it's being slapped on everything just look at the cinema often without 2d counterparts.
The hate stems from it taking over, instead of it being a part of entertainment.
Less choice = worse off.

Or the only 2D showing being those with captions for the heard of hearing.
It's almost like they wanted to put people off watching the film in 2D.

It's a gimmick I said all along.
but very much unsure of the wisdom of doing so, to buy two pairs of glasses for £40 from eBay, we are really very impressed when watching 3D content.
