Actually its closer than you may think

Head of BBC HD channel said in her blog that they are filming this year in HD but wont be providing broadcasters with the feed. Watching the Feed this morning confirmed this as A. they had new gfx elements and B. the new HD onboard cams they tested last year are on all the cars.

The reason behind not showing it yet is to let FOM ops get used to HD... they must be tards as its not that differant that producing SD. :D
 
I believe all the European WSBK rounds are on EurosportHD this year, bit strange that F1 doesn't have HD yet....
 
Before I wasn't sure it would add much, even after having Sky HD since launch. However After seeing that clip its a MUST have. Come on Bernie you cod piece. Get its sorted.

Imagine, fully interactive driver selection in HD. yum
 
As much as you all may think fully interactive awesomeness would be a good thing, I dont know how many of you remember the F1 Chanel on Sky a good few years back... It went bust.

Multiple driver selection, slit screen, choice of onboard cameras, live timing, all sorts. But nobody watched it.

It was a subscription service though.
