BBC Gameshow - The Traitors

ellie tonight mentioned about secret trailtor - but no one is meant to know (the players other than the trailors)

I didn’t like the secret traitor twist at first, but I’m definitely starting to warm to it… looking forward to seeing who it is next week though!…

i think it takes a little from “the mole” but they do seem to just be testing it, especially now they can essentially force uncovering. I can see it won’t change the game with a recruitment making it harder to detect and thus harder to ensure no traitors at the end

Just a reminder.

Spoilers (including those in spoiler tags) should only include stuff that's been broadcast in the show. If the press are reporting that so-and-so is related to so-and-so, but it's not been disclosed in the show, you can not post it here. As a mod, I need to be able to check stuff within spoiler tags and as someone who watches the show, I don't want future events to be spoiled.

I was wrong.. I thought Ellie because she seemed confident to sit back and observe.. but I think the producers psych analysed Fiona and thought - she's bat**** mental.. I feel sorry for her work colleagues!

She's just... absolutely mental

You could see Fiona likes to control by influence and gossip, and she can't handle not knowing and being in control of everything! You can see Rachel has a comms experience, has a clear conversation, clear strategy and can turn verbally on a sixpence.
The point made about being a power play is good - to the house you'd ask, if this was a power play.. then that doesn't make sense between two faithfuls.. but two traitors would make sense as a power play.

I would say ultimately that Fiona has let the whole secret traitor thing get to her head and it's ultimately come to this. Still think Stephen has a decent amount of heat on him, but this is an absolute lifeline if the other two are now under the microscope a bit more. Wouldn't surprise me if they both start to push for Fiona to go.

On that note I still don't understand why Reece didn't

a) Mention at any point that he was with both Rachel AND Stephen and was shooed away in front of the family portrait
b) Nobody was remotely suspicious of Fiona during that task with the skulls - in 30 minutes, she didn't go back to his cage ONCE! It's mad.

If they cull traitors on successive round tables, it does mean that they will need to recruit in rapid succession.. which really will make for an interesting environment for the faithfuls with long trusted relationships needing re-evaluation. If they can't make the distinction of playing a game, and rely on the existing trusted relationships, then they will fail spectacularly.

Is it just me or did Amanda not seem the best detective (in Traitors at least)
:p
?

And damn Fiona, she dropped a grenade. I hope Rachel handles it and Stephen needs to look less guilty, red in the face and sweaty.
