BBC iPlayer is a ****

I tried to live in a bubble today until I watched it but the moment I got up Bill on BBC Breakfast spoiled it all and told me. Oh well, c'est la vie!

Give him a break, it was televised yesterday, if you couldn't be bothered to watch it thats frankly your problem not his.

People do have a life outside watching tv you know, like work.

I find that quite ironic considering you get so worked up about him spoiling it then? for it is only a tv program... get a life! :p

Which is why you get soo worked up if you know what happens in... a TV show?

Spoilers on the night itself fair enough but in the days after its been shown to the nation frankly if you find out it's unreasonable of you to complain, it'll be all over the place with people talking about it anyway, you won't be able to avoid it.

You have a strange sense of what irony is then. I never even got worked up, my post was in exasperation.

My point was that sometimes people have to do other things like work, that doesn't mean someone should ruin the ending of a series for them does it? If it was weeks after then it would be understandable, but it's not even been 24 hours after airing.

perhaps a few extra lines on the 1st post would've helped so we actually had to scroll down to see the spoiler :P

The way I read that was under the impression that you were pretty annoyed about discovering the end of a tv program and possibly even an overreaction (anyone else thinks so?)

FFS = For ****'s sake

RTM = Reported to Moderator.

Must just be the way me and Fox read it?...:o :p

Not being funny, but you will see it everywhere... the news, on the radio, in magazines and even ON TV! You were going to see a spoiler somewhere along the line unless you live in a cupboard or work in confinement!! :D

it's not a spoiler if it's already officially aired. Some people need to keep their pants on!

Pretty funny that you did spoil it for some people though :D

edit: Energize, you don't even watch it?! Have you got your busy-body hat on today?

I just don't like to see people ruin it for others, I was also amazed by the hypocrisy of complaining that it was spoilt by the bbc, then putting a spoiler there himself.

I don't watch the show at all anyway, it just seemed strange that he was complaining about the BBC spoiling the result and then doing exactly the same thing here.

Yeah, so much so that this was the first (and only) place it's been spoilt for me :) I'm sorry if my social and work commitments mean I can't watch a program when it's being aired. Hell, to avoid this problem, I have Sky Plus so I can watch it when is convenient for me - I hardly think a couple of days is unreasonable :)

Meh, I wanted Lee to win anyway :]

Of course it's a spoiler.

You try posting the result of a football match in the sports forum after its been played WITHOUT a spoiler warning and see what wrath your actions bring.

But I knew a fool would do something like this, so I watched it via SKY + this morning!

You would have to spend today going around cut of from th world not to have it spoiled. Its on all the front pages, been talked about on the radio, and so on.

I think we should grab pitchforks and go round the OP's house, we should demand that he pays for a time machine so that we can go back in time and watch that tv programme unspoilt.
