Anyone else noticed almost all of the 'Most Popular Read' articles are articles from exactly 1 month ago, and not today? This seems to have been happening for a few days now..

Surely that's a bug? I had a look myself and indeed they were all either today or the 11th of June.

Happens from time to time.

Problem is every time time we see an old item we click it and it becomes more popular !!!

Yup, noticed that yesterday. They were showing articles from the 10th of June.

Something else that had bugged me for years on the BBC news website, why are there 10 most read stories and only 5 most shared?

Also getting the 500 error, its clear that the BBC have just found the problem by reading the news here on OCUK and are now fixing it

The news site has been a bit buggy as of late. They keep changing the aesthetics a bit too. The sports section looks ghastly now.
