Salmon or King Prawn kebabs with red and green pepper and onion.
Go for raw prawns (blue) rather than the ones that have already been cooked though - even better would be with the shells on so that all the flavour hasn't been washed away.
Take a large pinapple and cut off the outer skin as best you can. Slice it downwards into long 4cm square x 10cm approx chunks and then stick on wooden skewers. Just brown each side on the BBQ and then dip in melted chocolate.
