It is a BBQ sauce but it's not a rich silky smooth BBQ sauce.
It is a bit different, so may not be what you expect.
It is very quick and easy to make though.
I have ribs ribs ribs, but the sauce isn't from there.Glauc, you have the same book as me I think?? The Steven Raichlen one?!
Just made some of that, with the addition of 2 cloves of garlic and its lovely.
