It's a fantastic supplement, I've been using it for quite a while now. I find it's great for using with Creatine mono as it can help with the hydration problems sometimes associated with creatine. Also increases the cell volumizing effect even more. It's also one of the best things at helping with cramp - something to do with helping calcium in and out of the cells apparently... Also helps me train longer and harder, probably down to helping keep you hydrated better. Better pump in the gym too.
If you like the sounds of these gains then 4g-5g 45 mins before a workout is plenty.
It's also very good for helping you relax and chill out and a lot of people use it to help them sleep, me included.
For this I take 2g before bed
