Don't take this the wrong way but how the hell can you confuse Sofia (which is where the one and only Be call centre is located) with India. The accents are miles apart.
Something tells me you just jumped to a conclusion and don't really know what you're talking about.
it still doesn't excuse the fact that a BE customer service rep common answer to a question is 'phone 150'
All of the above have been experienced by Be users as well, particularly 2) as there were severe outages over the weekend.1. I don't get close to 8Mbit download speed. I don't do much downloading but I'd like to get what I'm paying for.

3. I got a 'fair play' warning message today because I downloaded a load of Steam files this weekend. I am normally a low-level downloader
I highly doubt anyone received a fair use warning on Be, me and my housemate downloaded loads of stuff (tens of Gigabytes a day sometimes) and never got any warnings.
