BE Broadband

I keep checking on the BE website to see when my exhange will be upgraded so that i can receive broadband from them.

So from April it said, You will be able to receive broadband in April, so slightly excited. I got to the end of April then it changed to May so i thought ok no probs just another few weeks left. Now being the last day in May it now says i will be able to get there broadband in June :eek:

Anyway i can actually get a real estimate?

BT ADSL2+ has nothing to do with Be/O2.

My exchange has been trying to get enabled for 3 months now!! BE are loosing customers as i cba to wait anymore.

Best to email them, they do have issues with equipment in certain exchanges. I remember my exchange was supposed to be BE* enabled in January but it was cancelled and eventually enabled at the end of March.

A lot of things are beyond Be's control. BT can be a nightmare about getting access to exchanges/etc.

i meant when the BT exchange is upgraded with a be/o2 LLU, the date for which samknows can usually provide...

What he said.

A lot of it is to do with leadtimes from BT to provide BES links. They operate on a very fluid schedule.
