I'm will be getting a i7 2600k OEM from OCUK and was wondering whether the Antec Kuhler 920 will be as good as a Noctua NH-D14 for cooling, the Noctua is rather big (anyone know if it will fit inside a Thermaltake Element G case?) and not the best looking.

If you can recommend something else I would love to know.

EDIT: I have since purchased the Noctua NH-D14.

920 should be about on a par with an nh-d14.

This is a tough one, I've just managed to find some good benchmarks and yes, they are on par with each other with performance of cooling but the Antec is noisy......

Also, I just found out the Noctua will fit my Thermaltake Element G, there is a video on youtube with this case and cooler.

The choice is down to personal preference, but yes the 920 will be louder at load with the stock fans than the noctua.

Just thought I would mention that the Noctua NH-D14 does indeed fit into the Thermaltake Element G case without any issues.

Thanks for the heads up but I got the retail 2600k for quite a good deal elsewhere and I am staying away from BF3 because once I start playing that will be all I do and I wont do the backlog of work I got to finish!
