It's good. The only downside I have with them is that you have to cancel your account and then sign up again with them when you move house. They don't have a moving facility just yet.

Other than that they have been brill

Cheers for the information, Do they have a quick turnaround in getting you connected? I know the site says 7-10 working days but some companys can do it a lot quicker.

I dont get my line activated until 22nd Aug :0( so I cannot order the package just yet :(

Other companies that are non LLU? They seem to quote 10 days initially and then give you a more accurate date.

Will sign up on the 10th. :)
 
If you have an O2 contract then I recommend going with their broadband package. I'm on the 8mb package and pay £7.50/month. You could go for the 20mb package for £15/month, if like I said, you're on an O2 contract. Customer service is great too.
 
Love Be. Excellent customer services who will change your db profile while on the phone. Also got them to add 8 extra external ips addresses while on phone. If you message them they're also quick upgraded to be pro and now get upload of 1.8mb. All in all a little more expensive but a great provider.
 
The Pro package is a bit pricey yeah..The Unlimited and Value packages are fairly cheap though...unless you compare them to the really trashy ISPs.
