Anyone watched this on Discovery channel? Hes like Ray Mears on crack

Slicing a camel open, gutting it then lieing inside the carcass. Also drinking water straight out of its stomach and squeezing partly digested food to drink the water out of it!

Been watching Bear Grylls and Adventures of Mark and Olly - World's Lost Tribes all weekend.

Best TV ever

I liked it when he was in the Arctic or Canada or something and he just says "GOTTA GET SOME PROTEIN!!!one" And then proceeds to bite into the belly of a raw fish he's just caught.

Hes the guy Ray Mears wished he was. Hard as a nut. Not suprising as he is ex special forces iirc.

He takes himself right to the edge of survival. Its good viewing.

Drinking fluid from Elephant dung was an interesting site.

I really like the program. Also like how cheery he is after enduring a challange.

Yea I hear some of the hotels he stays at are pretty rough :p

I quite enjoy watching Bear Grylls, find it very interesting. It is rather sick when he drinks water from elephant dung.

Ray Mears helps train the special forces and the army IIRC.

He's like Yoda to Bear Grylls' Obi Wan.

I like bear grylls

however, Ray Mears is an actual survival expert, where as Bear is more of a presenter. Im not saying bear does not have good survival knowledge from the army etc, but is not an expert, thats why in the credits it always has a survival expert who obviously advises him.

If ray and bear where dropped in a hostile enviroment, Bear could get out with his physical ability and Ray could probably survive there for years.

Would rather watch Ray Mears, each episode with him is diff.

Each episode of Bear Grylls just feels the same regardless of the location.
