Hey could someone build me a pc around this cpu please. the plan is to be able to stream and game at best possible settings.

Intel 5960X Extreme 3.00GHz (Haswell-E) Socket LGA2011-V3 Processor

I don't need the following things but i need everything else.
SSD
Harddrive
Graphix Card - gtx titan

I need to be able to overclock that cpu as well so a good cooler is a must.

I will be getting this on finance.
 
For motherboard for that CPU, it doesn't make a HUGE difference, but Gigabyte are a very solid brand, so any of their boards would work great... just depends what features you want (Wifi etc.). I have the Asus X99-S myself, and no complaints. Worth checking out reviews of whatever board you like the look of... there aren't any 'bad' choices though really.

Cooler wise, I'd recommend the Swiftech H240-X if you don't mind importing from Europe. It is the best AIO on the market, just not available in the UK unfortunately. This may mess with you finance plan however, in which case the Nepton 240M is a good choice and what I have myself. Others will likely recommend the Corsair AIOs which are OK, just not my choice personally. I think the Nepton edges it, but some people don't like the tubing even though it's technically better.

For RAM, much of a muchness really, but there's not much point spending a fortune on this. The Kingston Predator 16GB would be a good choice.

For a case, I'd suggest any of the Phanteks range... can't go wrong there, just depends what you like.

Are those cablemod e-series really needed or just for show?
