Beat the Psycho

Was right for me too, darn it. There has to be some sort of mathematical strategy for that which means you are more likely to be on the happy face...

No psychology at all. Think of the 3x3 grid as a checkerboard:

OXO
XOX
OXO

You start on 'O', and each individual move 'swaps' whether you are on O or X.
So after each sequence, he knows you whether you are on an O or X square, and he just chooses one of the other squares. (i.e. if he knows you're on O he takes an X square and vice-versa).

After he takes off 8 squares, there's only one place you can be.

wrong for me, :)

wrong for me, i was on the sad face lol when he pulled it off

Surely you did it wrong then because of:

I was about to argue this point, but I just tried it again, actively trying to beat it and couldnt, I think those who have must have got one move wrong, he just corners it off by removing squares that you cant be on because of the pattern, and reduces it down to the last 2 when you have to be on the Q and then gets you to move 1 more time

You must have no talent with it then lol

No you can make a fool outta him, and no wrong moves made either i just done it a few more times and i beat him lol
