I'm guessing some of you may of seen the title and thought hmmm!

Well, I'm on a 3 week training course and i'm finding myself bored in my hotel room. I'm missing the gym loads and was thinking I could use the spare time to burn off some body fat.

What can I do, that will help me to do this.

I have a skipping rope!
 
Tricep Dips on the edge of the bed
Dips between two solid surfaces
Pressups with feet on bed/solid surface
Hyperextended crunches off bed/solid surface

Then there's the whole HOST of bodyweight and plyometric excersises you can do anywhere without any equipment...

Well if you just want cardio for weight loss why not just go running. Just because you are in a hotel doesn't mean you are confined to it.
