Yes... back on topic... i LOVE Jerky... if it wasn't so expensive i'd eat it all the time.... whenever i'm in the US i always have a bag close by :p
 
I'm loving the sudden popularity concerning Beef Jerky.

Biltong is my prefference but it's slightly harder to get and quite expensive.

The supermarket stuff tends to be a little heavy on the flavouring and not dried enough. It's just not tough enough and makes me feel a bit ill.

The best, easily available at the moment is the Jerky that Esso stock. Very little flavoring and you can chew on it for ages. Great for pub snacks and eating while on the road.

Nobbys = Seem processed and not very nice.
