Been caught speeding

Had to happen but sneaky Russians hiding on the A43 going to Silverstone. Think I was doing 85-90 in a 70 accelerating from a roundabout. Fine and points, or is this court territory?

3 points May 2004 so are due to come off as they are valid for 3 years, then 4 to come off licence so zero?

Yep, this is true.... I spotted a speed van looking at my lane while I was doing 70ish in a 50..... I braked and went passed about 60mph.

I never saw a ticket... that was 3/4 months ago now

You would need to be doing 95mph or more actual to be considered for court.

If you were doing high eighties indicated, you were most probably doing 84/85 actual speed so just 3 points and £60 fine.

Russian police can't do you, so you'll be fine and wont get any points or any fine.
