Beep bip, trying to call.

Been trying to call HP customer support all day, as they called me this morning, would have liked to know what department or options I have to press to speak to the correct people, tah.

But when ever I call I try an option it's a "beep bip" tone that sounds. It's not the normal engaged tone. Any ideas what this is?
