BEES! EVERYWHERE!

Leave them be and call the beekeeping housing association asap. Seriously don't harm them and seek advice from the beekeeping folk, your council may also help.

Mmmmmm Bees

I've tried the supersoaker flamethrower... It's quite dangerous once the pressure goes down and you end up ****ing petrol close to your feet :p.

Besides it isn't bees you need to be scared of,
:(

Just ring your local Police station (not 999) and they should have a list of Beekeepers who will come out, the beekeepers don't charge anything as the swarm is worth money to them in the long run.

Local council should have a list too.

I used to go and collect swarms when I kept bees about 15 years ago, it was a good laugh - we had some in really weird places. :)

Get pics when the beekeeper is collecting them. :)

Hope you don't get stung but just in case you do, apply bicarb on the wound straight away. Instant pain relief. Had a chap pop in yesterday that got stung five times. Ouch!

Ha, we had a hornets nest in our old house! They looked just like that, bloody scary! Especially the sound!

Why aren't you contacting the bee-keepers right now? Schedule a time for a visit?

This is a total guess, I should really speak to someone (i.e the beekeeper:D) who knows about it, but wouldn't they have to build a nest before they can be taken away? There's maybe only about 20 buzzing round the roof at the moment. I'd rather identify a nest (which I'm imagining is in a pretty difficult location) first before getting someone round to tear the roof apart!

Tell them to Buzz off, and if that fails either pick up the phone or nuke from orbit, seriously everyone has said it now.

Call the beemen!

call council. bee guy will come and put special honey box on flloor. he will come back at night time to pickup them up ( bees will have gone into box by then)

job done

but plz dont kill them!! bees are dieing out and we need as many as we can save.

Well I spoke to the bee guy. He says he can only remove them if they're visible, and if they're hidden away in the eaves then the roof might need taking apart:eek:

Right, where's my flamethrower...
