Very fast, very quiet...

Reliability is the only thing thats not proven, tho they seem to have come on a long way recently, I always used to reckon to replace spinpoints after 12months just to be safe but the ones in my RAID have lasted over 2 years now, the spinpoints they replaced barely made it to a year before throwing out errors left right and center.
 
Great, thanks - just what I wanted to hear :) I've decided to avoid the heartache of reinstalling over the existing HDD and everything potentially going wrong, so that gives me a backout plan :) Can't quite justify the cost of a SSD at the moment!

It'll be replacing an older WD Caviar :D
