Looking to get one of these (probably second hand) just to have by the pc for a quick half hour blast. Anyone got one of these and what's the opinions???

Was looking at the numark total control as well but no headphone output so defeats the point.

i had a 2000 for a bit and basically it does what it says on the tin

if you get the numark you can still use headphones with most the DJsoftware

uses the front speaker output for speakers , rear for headphones

supports meant to be better on the 3000

I try to steer clear of Behringer stuff tbh. It's not the best quality, although for the price it's ok I suppose. (Allegedly Behringer have a larger legal department than R&D, I'll leave the reader to work out why :p )

That said, for non critical home use I'm sure it would be perfectly ok.

? :D

That would be their most famous legal battle. That said, i have a pair of the Behringer Truths, that said, i've only ever used them once, for mixing. :p

Thanks for the replies! I know it's not 'premium' gear ala Pioneer, A&H etc but hopefully i'll pick one up for £70-ish. I just don't get a lot of time to mix now as kids rule the roost so it's just for a dabble once they are in bed!

Ideally I'd have the new Hercules DJ Controller rmx but that's gonna be £240 ish and for maybe an hour or two a week the BCD2000 looks like bet!

its fine , it just feels a bit cheaper than the more expensive ones

which makes sense really since its half the price of them
