Ben Shepherd? Really?

ITV's football coverage in general is just plain awful..skys is way to sensationalist..dotn get me wrong obviously they have all the technology, but their commentators fawn over the bigger teams and some of their pundits (I'm looking at YOU paul merson) have nothing worthwile to say and seem only to be there to provoke people (similar to the Talksport setup..say something daft to get indignant peopel to ring up)

poor pundits and rubbish commentators, their track record is rotten as well

if bbc and itv were screening the same game then I would choose the bbc coverage 100% of the time...sky and ITV have to work around ad breaks I know, but I still think BBC pundits seem more balanced in their views and their commentators are generally spot on

I think every channel has its strengths and weaknesses when it comes to pundits and commentators. Even the Beeb. For every Lee Dixon there's a Mark Lawrenson.
