I am going away this weekend with some friends on a golf weekend. In the evening we are each bringing 20 questions and doing a quiz. There is a penalty for both the easiest and hardest set of questions so wanted to benchmark mine with you guys to see what sort of marks I can expect.

I have four rounds of 5 questions. The quiz is done on an individual basis so no conferring or looking up the answers! Please let me know if you have any feedback!

Put your answers in spoilers and I'll let you know your score. Will reveal all the answers tomorrow at 16:00 either way.

Round 1
In this round all the questions are connected, you need to answer the questions to work out the connection.

Q1: What name links the youngest member of the Rat Pack and the boxer with the record 49,26,0 (49 w, 26 ko, 0 losses)

Q2: In pregnancy what can be either monozygotic or dizygotic?

Q3: Adam West and Burt Ward played which characters in the 1960s?

Q4: What is the military terminology for the incidental killing or wounding of non-combatants during an attack on a legitimate military target?

Q5: What connects all of the previous four answers?

Round 2
This round is all about people who died in 2016. I will give you three bits of information: the date they died, their age at death and their cause of death. You need to tell me who they are.

Q6:
Date: 25th December 2016
Age: 53
Cause of Death: Natural Causes

Q7:
Date: 21st April 2016
Age: 57
Cause of Death: Opioid Overdose

Q8:
Date:14th January 2016
Age: 69
Cause of Death: Pancreatic Cancer

Q9:
Date: 16th June
Age: 41
Cause of Death: Murder

Q10:
Date: 25th November
Age: 90
Cause of Death: Unconfirmed

Round 3
Alphabet round! All of the answers are in alphabetical order (i.e. if the first answer is Cheese, the second answer would begin with the letter D, the third E and so on.).

Q11: What part of human anatomy is known as the tympanic membrane?

Q12: Which car manufacturer uses the tagline “Driven by passion”?

Q13: In 2015 which company reorganised its various interests into a conglomerate called Alphabet Inc?

Q14: George Peppard played which member of the A-Team

Q15: By which name is Tony Stark better known?

Round 4
All of the answers are numbers in this round. As an additional clue, when you total all of the answers they will equal 650.

Q16: What is the highest possible checkout in a standard game of darts

Q17: What is a perfect score in bowling? And how many strikes are required to get it?

Q18: How many points are deducted from a team who goes into administration in the Premier League?

Q19: What is the highest possible break in snooker?

Q20: How many under par is a Condor?

Not everyone knows about snooker so I don't think 19 is too easy. It doesn't hurt to have some simple questions in there, I think it's a good mix.

/edit - PS, you have 21 questions. Q17 is effectively two answers and you might want to specify ten-pin bowling as you're bound to have a smart-arse who asks what sort of bowling.

looks very good to me. also its good to have some gimme questions in a quiz. makes everyone feel smart! i agree about round 2 though. no idea on any of them

Aren't boxer's records normally quoted in terms of (wins)-(loses)-(KOs)? In this case I think it should be 49-0-26.... Also, 'Junior' isnt really a name as such, its more of a suffix. You should probably add that to the question i.e 'which naming suffix'

Has anyone actually achieved a Condor btw? The only way I can see is a hole-in-one on a par 5 and if a par 5 is driveable (in theory) then it should be a par 4 at most.

Two treble 20's and the bull.

Correct, will tweak that in the answer.

Not sure, I'll spell it out either way. I wouldn't add 'naming suffix' as that would be a bit of a giveaway I think. I'll just remove the work name. 'What links the youngest...'

Apparently so according to Wikipedia. One with a crazy long drive (517 yards). And others on horseshoe shaped holes.
