Benchmarking RAM

I am looking for a really good benchmarking tool for my RAM so I know it's running at it's optimal performance.

a lot of people mentioned that Si-Sandra was a good benchmarking tool but does it work with Vista 64 bit & also is it a free download?

If so where do I download the latest version?
