Best 120mm WHITE Fan

Could anyone recommend the best (in your opinion) 120mm white fans? Dont mind if they have LEDs as well.
Need one that will go on my H100i and one as an exhaust.

Never heard of noiseblocker. Are they good for radiators?

I thought of that. What would be the easiest way to paint them? I live in a flat so ventilation may be a problem :S

Do it outside

Suspend it from something with some string or wire.
