Best 128GB SSD

Hey guys,

Decided im going to upgrade my 64gb 2nd gen OCZ SSD as its just not big enough for me as a primary drive, finding myself getting maxed out.

What should I go for? M4 Crucial seems a popular choice.

Was looking at the Corsair Force GT

Anyone got this? and can offer some input? or possibly some other suggestions?

EDIT:

Also, What sata option should it be running in? I would be using this along with 2 other 2TB HDs, I assume AHCI, but just want a bit of confirmation.

Always run SSD's in AHCI mode and I vouch for the M4 (though never used one) everybody says they are rock solid.
