Best £150 tablet?

My mum wants a tablet.

Doesn't want to do anything amazing with it, just web browsing and maybe the odd game. Nothing demanding though, it will be stuff like bejeweled and puzzle games of that nature. Other than that, the only other things it needs are. 7" screen minimum, not being sluggish/dropping inputs (seems some of the cheaper ones do, or used to) and accessories (case, screen protector) easily available.

Looking at reviews myself, comparisons of budget tabs, the hudl2 seems to be coming out on top.

Is there something else I should consider? or is the hudl2 the best for that money.

Has to be new. Used is not an option.

Cases, there don't seem to be too many around for it. Any recommendations there?

For my Nexus 7, I have the poetic slimline case. Something like that for the hudl would be perfect.

Tesco have their own folio cases, which seem similar, but they have a strap to secure and for some reason are only in designs like cupcakes
